Save on Fees For The Buyer PayPal.com Mass Pay Tip
PayPal Mass Pay allows Premier and Business paypal accounts to send multiple payments saving money and fees for the buyer or clients who your sending the money to and saving time of having to individually send payments to every payment recipient which needs their funds to be paid to them.
Credit cards cannot be used for Mass Pay. You must have funds in your paypal balance to cover the mass pay and the fees.
Sender pays a low fee of 2.0% of the payment amount with a cap of a cap of $1 dollar in most cases.

Step By Step Quick Guide
1. Log in, or create a premier or business account with PayPal or upgrade your existing personal account.
2. Open up your notepad on your operating system.
3. Type the following information by separating them with tabs not spaces, so use your use tab key.
Payment Example In Notepad
Say you wanted to pay the recipient $250 USD to their paypal account.
Type this in your notepad, The recipients payment details:
recipient@example.com ( press the tab key ) 250 ( press the tab key ) USD
The notepad text file when uploaded to paypal will process the payment of 250 USD to the paypal recipient address.
4. Save the notepad text file, name the file which suits your needs.
5. Now go back to your paypal account and click on " My Account and then Overview "
now scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be a link which says " Mass Pay " click on this mass pay link.
5. Click on " Make a Mass Payment " which is on the left between the two tables.
6. Now click on browse and find the notepad file you just you saved and upload it to paypal.
7. Click on the drop down bow which says " Recipient Type " and selected email.
8. Now click on continue and follow the last few steps with paypal's instructions.
9. Payment recipients claim their money by clicking on a link within their payment email notification.
If they do not have a PayPal account, they can sign up for a free account to receive their money.
The recipients now have their money in full without any fees for them and you the sender was charged a low fee of 2.0%
of the payment amount with a cap of $1.
Note: by all means test it for your self with a small payment before using mass pay with larger amounts.
